The main objective - Infrastructure development of Lunugala Divisional Secretariat by 01% by the end of year 2019.

01. Increase the road network by 1%

- Concreting of 300 m of minor irrigation

04. Increase drinking water facilities by 0.1%
- Extending the water supply of the water board to 500 meters
- Completion of a new water project
- Providing new water tanks to the beneficiaries
05. Upgrading the Sanitary Facilities System by 0.1%
- Provision of toiletries
- Construction of School Toilets
06. Upgrading the Sanitary Facilities System by 0.1%
- Development of playgrounds
- Development of religious places
07. Increase housing aid by 1%
- Housing assistance for low income families
